Guest speaker, Emma Isaacs is passionate about inspiring women to be bold, be courageous and to take risks. Over the past 13 years, she's grown Business Chicks from a group of 250 members to what it is today - a global business that operates in two continents, eleven cities and produces more than 100 events annually.
Born and raised in Sydney, Emma now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and five young children. She is an author, has raised over $12 million for charity, is a serial property investor, and continues to head up the now international Business Chicks.
At the event, Emma shared the secrets to her success, and told us more about the calculated 'winging it' approach she took to building her business.

Guest speaker, Melanie Gleeson turned $5,000 of credit card debt into the wildly successful, national business now turning over $60 million annually, Endota Spa.
At the event, Melanie shared her own personal business journey, the ups and downs, and how she managed to stay true to herself throughout to the benefit of her business, her staff and ultimately also herself. He presentation highlighted to guests the importance of trusting in your own intuition, acting with mindfulness and connecting with the community. Melanie also generously opened her heart and was brutally honest in a stand-alone question and answer segment.
Following Melanie, guests were treated to the personal story of Vicki Macdermid, Partner / Executive Director at Pitcher Partners whose fighting spirit blazed a trail for women in the workforce to receive equal rights and relative benefits.
