The Innovation Crowd is excited to announce the first of our "Thinktank Series", designed to explore "real world solutions to real world problems".
Led by a panel made up of Subject Matter Experts and representatives from the community, we will explore how we can take a collaborative and innovative approach to some of the most complex issues facing our community.
Attendees will include Academics, Community Stakeholders and Creative Thinkers, all working together with a shared goal and outcome.
For members of the Innovation Crowd, this is your opportunity to contribute your entrepreneurial skills to Social Enterprise initiatives, whilst also fine tuning your ability to "think outside of the square" and be part of the creative problem-solving process that will ultimately form the backbone for your own business success.
So how does a Thinktank work?
A panel of community stakeholders will present and discuss some of the challenges and concerns associated with their industry.
The group will then workshop some potential solutions before splitting into teams to generate an "outcome based proposal"
Teams are invited to pitch their solution to the panel and the best idea will receive the "Thinktank Innovation Award".
