Winners for the Casey Cardinia Business Awards 2017 were announced at a gala dinner held at the Cranbourne Racing Centre on Friday 27 October.
It was a fantastic evening seeing Hallam based-business POWERPLANT Project Services take out top honours for 2017 being named Casey Cardinia Business of the Year.
POWERPLANT Project Services is a design and project management consultancy operating in the power and telecommunications industries, who are passionate about building a better industry for their people, customers and community. Having been in operation for over 15 years they have fast become the leading independent utility infrastructure specialist.
Led by Owner and Director, Greg Plant, POWERPLANT has grown to employ more than 50 people at their Hallam premises which has over the past 12 months been established as a Development Hub within the City of Casey. The Hub enables land developers to have local access to engineering skills for their projects. With an aim of building synergies with stakeholders in and around their industry to find new and efficient ways of completion for their customers.
Having experienced considerable growth over the last 5 years, POWERPLANT are now considered the leading service provider in their sector having focused on connecting people and projects with intelligent infrastructure solutions.
With a strong emphasis on developing a high performing culture that delivers outstanding results for clients, business, and industry, POWERPLANT Project Services is truly deserving of being named our Casey Cardinia Business of the Year 2017.
