The Narre Warren office precinct is the office accommodation hub of the City of Casey. It has an area of around 33 ha and is approximately two thirds built up. The precinct sits at the south-western intersection of the Princes Highway and the on-ramp of the Monash Freeway. The Narre Warren Station is walking distance, less than one kilometre from the precinct. In addition, the Monash Freeway and bus services are available virtually “to the door” providing easy access for workers. A unique partnership between the City of Casey and Waterman Business Centres, the Casey Cardinia Business Hub offers professional office space and co-working space to businesses at every level of their development. Following the wild success of the first site at 64 Victor Crescent in Narre Warren's business precinct, the new business hub has expanded to a much larger footprint just next door at 66 Victor Crescent from June 2016.
