Pakenham West Employment Precinct

Pakenham West is located in the North West of Cardinia Shire Council

The Pakenham West employment precinct comprises approximately 90ha of employment land. This precinct is located between the Cardinia Road employment precinct site (to the west) and the Pakenham South employment precinct (to the east). The precinct is approximately 50km south east of the Melbourne CBD and is bordered by the Princes Freeway to the north with a half diamond interchange at McGregor Road which runs along the eastern boundary of the precinct.

The Princes Freeway provides access to EastLink (located approximately 25km to the west) and the future development of a connection to the freeway is planned with a full diamond interchange at the intersection of Greenhills Road. The planned future development of Thompsons Road will also run through the precinct and connect to the diamond interchange and provide a direct link to the major industrial node in Dandenong South. A gas pipeline runs through the north west corner of the precinct.
